TRITHUCVIET SUCCESSFULLY ORGANIZED ONLINE TRANSFER PRICING CONFERENCE (ZOOM)
In 15 October 2020, Trithucviet cooperated with leaders of Tax Propaganda and Support Department – General Department of Taxation to successfully organize an online seminar on Decree 68/2020/NĐ-CP.
Understanding the need to update new decrees issued by the Ministry of Finance on tax administration for associated transactions, especially Decree 68/2020/NĐ-CP issued in 24 June 2020 amending and supplementing Clause 3, Article 8 of Decree No. 20/2017/NĐ-CP, Trithucviet will create opportunities for FDI enterprises in Binh Duong to exchange and ask questions online on issues related to associated transactions.
At the seminar, Ms. Le Thi Thuy – Deputy Director of Tax Propaganda and Support Department – General Department of Taxation presented 2 main parts to guide enterprises to determine the ceiling interest rate in accordance with Decree 68/2020/NĐ-CP and how to adjust loan interest according to Decree 68/2020/NĐ-CP for cases which determined loan interest under Decree 20/2017/NĐ-CP.
Also in this seminar, Ms. Thuy and tax consultants of Trithucviet also partly answered questions of enterprises about how to identify associated transactions, how to make a report of detemining market price among associated transaction, how to determine cases of exemption from reporting under Decree 20/2017/NĐ-CP, how to apply Decrees to real situations, etc.
At the end of the seminar, Trithucviet has received many positive responses from enterprises, and hoped that Trithucviet will continue to organize many seminar with diverse and practical topics in order to create a useful exchange forum connecting enterprises and bringing added value to customers.
